Picture People ~ costume contest & free wallets! October 24

Picture People in Escondido (I would call for other locations) is having a fun day to celebrate Halloween on October 24th. They will have costume contests throughout the day and also have a promo with a free sheet of wallets (no purchase necessary & no sitting fee) - if you do choose to buy more pics you will also get 20% the entire purchase! Pretty good deal!
