I am not one of those people who is willing to fight at walmart for 5 TVs at 4am, but there are LOTS of bargains out there - keep in mind that the insanity seems to die down sometime after 9 or 10 am & there are still lots of great deals all day (or really all weekend) - so if you don't want to brave the crowds at 6 or 7am with me, you could still find a great deal at a more reasonable hour. =)

starts at MIDNIGHT - if you don't like getting up early - you can just stay up late on Thanksgiving. The deals at the outlets do tend to be AWESOME Thanksgiving weekend so it is totally worth the crowds.

11. Ikea will have free breakfast all weekend - Fri, Sat, Sun & will also have some awesome deals all weekend - ie - cute 6 piece wine glass set for $1.99!
12. REI Stores will be giving out $5, $25, or $100 gift cards and an REI reuseable tote to the first 300 customers. (as always) Make sure your store is participating.

Gymboree ~ update there is a sale from open til noon Friday morning - ENTIRE store is 30% off including clearance - you can use your circle of friends 20% off coupon or the $25 off a purchase of $100 or more coupon on top of that - yay!!! Also - the entire site gymboree.com is already on sale 30% off until noon on Friday.

My personal favorite store to hit on Black Friday is Macys - they have great discounts all over the store & early bird specials - if you have a Macy's card you can usually get more discounts for using your Macy's card. As an added bonus to see them first they will be giving out samples of Craisins - I don't think this is much of an incentive, but I am looking forward to a free snack whenever I get there. Kohls - opens at 4am (what is with the 4am trend??!) - tons of 'door buster deals' - 300 to be exact - LOTS of popular toys at 50% off - everything from digital frames, to cameras, to cashmere sweaters deeply discounted & it is 'Kohls Cash' earning time - you get $10 in Kohls cash for every $50 you spend. 18. Old Navy - online & in store - 50% off all outerwear, sweaters for $15 & more - Old Navy is a wreck the weekend after Thanksgiving - but it's worth it in my opinion!
