Broken Record Alert ~ Go to the dollar store for Valentine's Day Shopping! (at least for the kids!)

Anybody have kids with Valentine's Parties this week? We got 2 kids class Valentine's for $2 total!

I know I have said this before, but always keep the dollar store in mind for holiday stuff - today we visited our local 99 cents store *which is actually 99.9 cents so I think it is time to change the name* and noticed all kinds of fun stuff for Valentine's Day!

candy, cards, potted plants (for teacher maybe?), balloons, all the little trinkety stuff you would by for kids in classes or as gifts to your kids you can find at the dollar store for ALOT less than that little display they always have at regular grocery stores.

This might be pushing it - but if you can convince your kids that Candy Canes are a Valentine's day treat I did notice that Christmas stuff is 6 for 99cents at our store in San Marcos - just an idea =)

Also - remember the previous post about Chuck E Cheese printable Valentine's (free except for ink & paper) and your recipient gets 5 free tokens the next time they go to Chuck E Cheese - nice!
