The Best Foods to Buy Organic ~ if you can only buy a few

First off, I am not a doctor, farmer, or scientist - I have no agenda here except to buy the very best for my family while taking into consideration that we only bring in so much money - so take everything with a 'grain of salt'.  I'm just saying, I'm not an expert, I just pass on info I personally find interesting.

(Side Bar ~ I'm guessing the English teachers are dying with my terrible run ons, grammar, punctuation, spelling - I'm gonna have to ask you to accept where I am at - I was in honors classes throughout high school - I was on the deans list every semester throughout my college career ....but my three year olds are destroying my brain, this is what I have become, I'm trying to fight my way back - please bear with me!)

I know this isn't exactly San Diego specific, not everything I write about is.  I just know so many of us are interested in organic and planet friendly living, but the pesky economy is starting to make our family make some tough choices, I found this website very helpful.  Sorry organic bananas - you are out of the budget!
