Kids Eat FREE at IHOP every day 4 - 10pm

Kids under 12 years old can eat free EVERY DAY from 4pm - 10pm with the purchase of an adult meal.  This offer is for a limited time although it doesn't say when it expires.  Always call your local restaurant before going, I assume this is all, but there are always an exception or two.
