Always make sure to check the San Diego Deals and Steals calendar - I post storytimes & other library events when I hear about them - but also check your local library. There are often several free events for kids to adults from storytime to crafts to pizza parties and Wii game nights - sometimes they require registration, but are almost always free!
We like to hang out at the San Marcos, Vista, and Dove Carlsbad branches ourselves - but every library has something going on! If your library has a special event coming up please let me know! It always surprises me how at some events there are so few people attending - I would LOVE to get the word out!
