FREE Workout Download from 'The Biggest Looser' & Subway

Side note - it features San Diego's very own Adam Lambert - the other day I was in the car with my kids & his song came on the radio. As Adam Lambert sings 'What do you want from me? What do you want from me?' my three year old looked up from the book he was 'reading' and says very matter of factly 'I want a dinosaur' - If any of you run into Adam could you pass along the message??

So there is some music for the grown ups - has everyone with kiddos been checking out 50 days of music from Walt Disney Records on Facebook? a new song everyday for 50 days - yesterday was 'following the leader' from Peter Pan - today is 'take me out to the ballgame' - we are building a nice little music library for our kids!
