Restaurant.com is offering 70% off their gift certificate again.Get a $25 gift certificate for only $3 - these do have restrictions.  Cannot be applied to tax or tip and there is usually a minimum amount required that is more than $25. I think of it more as a 1/2 off coupon than a true gift certificate.
