The Gown Swap ~ A great way to sell or buy a Prom, wedding, bridesmaid, or flower girl dress! LIST YOUR DRESS FOR FREE!

Have you heard of The Gown Swap?  It is a GREAT place to find beautiful special occasion dresses, some new, some worn only once or twice for a great price.  The Gown Swap is also a great place to sell a dress that is just hanging in your closet.  The Gown Swap has a set fee for listing your item and then takes a small percentage once it sells.  It works similarly to Ebay or Etsy, but the best thing is that your item will stay listed until it sells! With Ebay you will pay a listing fee even if it doesn't sell and listings are for a limited time.  They sell wedding, bridesmaid, 'little black', flower girl, and just about every kind of special occasion dress you can think of!
I have blogged about The Gown Swap before, but thought I should mention again with Prom coming up.  Sell your dress from last year!  Buy a dress for this year!  Save that money for college. =)

When prom is over dry clean that dress & put in on 'The Gown Swap' immediately - price it aggressively - you'll get it out of the closet & hopefully help someone find a great deal for a formal summer wedding - win win!

Also - keep it in mind when shopping for wedding season - several brides, bridesmaids, flowergirl, and party dresses are already listed - make sure to shop there first and add your own - we always 'save for another occasion'  - but seriously - how often does that actually happen - just clear it out!

Do you need extra incentive to list - right now they are waiving listing and selling fees! That is right, you can list your dress for FREE and they are not taking a portion of the sale!  The Gown Swap is a new family run business that is just trying to get the word out. Take Advantage & tell your friends! I am not sure how long the free listings will last, so you should jump on it!

Check it out today!!
