Go Rummage Sailing for a good cause this Saturday!
Reader Nichole just emailed me about a fundraising rummage sale that I couldn't help but mention.
Rancho Del Rey Church - 1740 La Costa Meadows Drive. Suite 200, San Marcos, CA 92078
7am - 2pm
'The proceeds will go to our team going to Haiti this summer and a team going to Sudan in the fall. The Haiti team is putting on a camp for an orphanage in Port-au-Prince, which survived the earthquake and in turn the kids at the orphanage are serving meals to those less fortunate. This will be a fun break for them. Our Sudan Team will be going and helping a couple of missionaries that run a medical clinic there.'
If you are in the North County - make sure to check it out! Great cause & I bet there will be some great treasures!
*note* I cannot write about every rummage sale - but please feel free to email me & I will sneak one or two in every week! (excellent causes get priority!)
Enjoy ~

Rummage sale of Epic Proportions ~ May 1st ~ Mark your calendars!
May 1, 2010 from 7am - 1pm there will be a HUGE rummage sale at North Coast Church in Vista. It supports their MOPS group (Mother's Of Preschoolers). There will be TONS of stuff - kids stuff, clothes, baby gear, furniture, home decor - TONS of stuff - I cannot stress that enough!
In addition to the MOPS group - there will be vendor spaces full of additional items - baked goods and more!!
Rummage Sales are truly awesome for saving money and they can be quite the treasure hunt! Don't like the idea of pre-worn clothing? What about a frame or vase? - I have several of $1 frames all over my house that I could have easily spent $15+ on at a store. My daughter has a Princess Scooter she LOVES that was $1 at a Rummage Sale! The list goes on and on - AND it is a good cause!
North Coast Church is located at 1132 N Melrose Dr, Vista, CA 92083
