San Diego 'Free Night of Theater' - many shows still available!

I heard about Free Night of Theater for the first time last year when I had just started this blog! I am so excited that it is back!  You can check out the list of available shows - hurry! Many are already sold out. 

Combine FREE Theater tickets with a discounted dinner (Restaurant.com or an Entertainment Book Coupon perhaps) for a very inexpensive date night. 

Free Night of Theater is actually a nationwide event so make sure to pass this info on to anyone you think might enjoy it - not just those in SD!

Starlight Musical Theatre ~ 'The Pajama Game' Opens Thursday!

Starlight Musical Theatre is one of my favorite things about San Diego (although I must admit I don't think I have been down in nearly a decade - so sad!)

The Pajama Game (super cute musical) is playing from July 15th - August 1st

Old Town Theatre ~ free storytelling & plays ~ has anyone ever checked this out?

Just found this fun event while researching another....has anyone ever been to this in Old Town??
'Storytelling on the Green Tuesday/Thursday 12 - 2 pm; Friday 1 - 3 pm Free outdoor play in the Park Plaza. Currently performing Macbeth, in the style of mid-Victorian theatre' - from their website - no other info is given

FREE week long theatre camp in Poway

Check out Poway Center for the Performing Arts about a free one week theatre camp and two performances for kids! 

Auditions are March 1st
Performances are March 6th 3 & 7 pm

The Poway Center for the Performing Arts is located at 15498 Esopola Rd in Poway.

Sounds like a fun opportunity if you live close by! Normally these camps can cost hundreds!!
